Hi.
I am a beginner rock collector and I am going to be collecting with my kids. I would love to know some places that are good to search for rocks/minerals/gemstones in Southern Ontario. I am in Simcoe County. I am also not far from Belfountain; I have heard there are some good sites there but I don't know where. My kids and I are very excited to get out and search for rocks/minerals/gemstones.
If anyone knows of sites to rock hound in the area I would love to hear about them.
